Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for indirect categories (e.g., MRO, facilities, IT services, logistics, and office supplies) to reduce costs and improve service quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and best practices in indirect procurement.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements that align with company budgets and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Legal) to ensure procurement activities support organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Manage RFP (Request for Proposal) and tender processes, including vendor selection, bid evaluations, and contract finalization.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining inventory levels and minimizing supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CIPS) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of cost reduction, supplier negotiation, and contract management in indirect categories.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with procurement best practices, tender processes, and supplier risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
