Responsibility
- Assist in the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, including office supplies, IT equipment, and facility management services.
- Support the preparation and execution of request for proposals (RFPs) and tender processes.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Help maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
- Participate in supplier performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve procurement processes.
- Support sustainability initiatives by identifying eco-friendly suppliers and products.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
