Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate inbound logistics performance (distributor/principal, customer returns) against agreed SLAs.
- Provide accurate and timely operational data for inbound logistics, storage, and inventory management.
- Optimize warehouse and storage processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inbound workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure inbound logistics performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in SLA management, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
