Responsibility
- Process and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation.
- Conduct systematic inventory checks and update internal systems to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff to streamline inbound logistics workflows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently as required.
- Generate reports on inventory discrepancies, damages, or delays and propose corrective actions.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, and handling goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inbound logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation (certification preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
