Responsibility
- Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks on aerospace components to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address potential quality issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality.
- Document and report quality control findings, including non-conformities and deviations, to management.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS) and industry regulations, such as AS9100.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Proficiency in using quality inspection equipment and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
