As part of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to streamline import-export processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs regulations. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency of our supply chain, making you a key player in our operational success.
Responsibility
- Manage and process import-export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with Indonesian Customs (Bea Cukai) for smooth clearance of shipments.
- Update and maintain internal systems with real-time documentation statuses.
- Handle inbound and outbound documentation for Bonded Zone (PLB) operations.
- Liaise with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit reports on import-export activities to management.
- Ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks as required by customs authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import-export documentation or customs clearance.
- Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and bonded zone (PLB) operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/logistics software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry is a plus.
