Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor air freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Liaise with airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues.
  • Prepare and verify import documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize import processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in air freight operations or customer service within the logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs regulations, and air freight documentation.
