Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor air freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaise with airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare and verify import documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize import processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in air freight operations or customer service within the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs regulations, and air freight documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
