Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for merchant payment system integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Monitor and maintain payment system infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Conduct system testing and validation to identify and address potential issues.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new merchants on payment system functionalities.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in payment systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, APIs, and integration processes.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with merchants and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Certifications in IT support or payment systems are advantageous.
