Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of RealPage Resident Solutions products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, and provide training and support.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including process guides and training materials.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and master new software products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM or property management software is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
