Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of RealPage Resident Solutions products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, and provide training and support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth product adoption.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including process guides and training materials.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, customer support, or a similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and master new software products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with CRM or property management software is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
