Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of wireless projects, from pre-sales solution design to post-deployment support, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to participate in bidding processes, develop technical proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to design scalable and efficient wireless solutions tailored to client needs, including network architecture, hardware selection, and integration strategies.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments during the pre-sales phase to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, including training, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in wireless communications to recommend innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA, CWNP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless technology implementation, including roles in project management, solution design, or technical consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing wireless projects, from pre-sales to deployment, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi, 4G/5G, IoT, and network infrastructure, with hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment, with a strong focus on results and accountability.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
