Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and compliance.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure staff adherence to updated SOPs and compliance protocols.
- Maintain documentation of all processes, audits, and compliance reports for internal and external review.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, compliance, or operational roles.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
