Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the HRIS implementation project within the 3-month timeline.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and smooth integration.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a seamless transition to the new HRIS.
- Document project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in HRIS or ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is a plus.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid teams is highly desirable.
