Responsibility
- Provide remote and onsite IT support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Conduct regular system audits and security checks to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference and training purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance system efficiency and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
