Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and modern backend frameworks.
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to integrate backend services with user-facing applications.
- Optimize system performance, ensuring low latency, high availability, and seamless scalability.
- Develop and maintain background processing engines to handle asynchronous tasks efficiently.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer or similar role, with expertise in Java and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and background processing systems.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or other Java-based frameworks.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and caching solutions (e.g., Redis).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
