Responsibility
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems for manufacturing operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining network infrastructure.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure security and efficiency.
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Computing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
