Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to clients on visa, residency, and citizenship options tailored to their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures in Indonesia and other key markets.
- Prepare and submit accurate visa applications, documentation, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all processes adhere to regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on requirements, timelines, and costs associated with immigration services.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, progress, and sales pipelines effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client advisory, or immigration consulting (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with immigration processes, visa types, and legal requirements (training provided for the right candidate).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets or KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and basic data management tools.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance may be available).
