As a Warehouse Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transport services. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company procedures.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the system.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and loading onto transport vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Assist in the receipt and storage of incoming goods, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a warehouse setting.
