Responsibility
- Optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly and production processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in assembly lines and provide timely solutions.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on process improvements and assembly techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, assembly, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, process simulation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
