Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation of new production processes and product introductions.
- Coordinate and perform effective production line setups and changeovers.
- Conduct pilot runs to validate process parameters and ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform high-precision assembly tasks according to technical drawings and SOPs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot line performance to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Document process changes and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing output.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an assembly or production technician role, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and production tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical or process-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production priorities.
