Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure and compliant user access across enterprise systems.
- Administer SAP security roles, authorizations, and user provisioning in alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify and remediate security gaps or unauthorized access.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline access requests and approvals.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and privilege access management (PAM) solutions.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity and access, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on IAM best practices and SAP security protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging IAM trends, threats, and technologies to recommend enhancements to the organization’s security posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with hands-on expertise in SAP security.
- Proficiency in IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, SailPoint, or Forgerock) and SAP GRC, SAP Role Design.
- Strong understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation of IAM processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SAP Certified Technology Associate are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
