Join Nufarm as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst and play a pivotal role in securing our digital ecosystem. You will oversee user account management, access provisioning, and the Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Responsibility
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Execute and refine Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes to ensure timely and accurate access provisioning.
- Monitor and audit access logs to detect and resolve anomalies or security threats.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to streamline onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for access-related issues.
- Stay updated on emerging IAM trends and best practices to enhance security posture.
- Assist in compliance audits and ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) roles.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and RBAC models.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, authentication protocols, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator are a plus.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
