Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and execution of ICT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and challenges.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or assistant project management roles.
- Strong understanding of ICT project management principles and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with banking or financial sector ICT projects is a plus.
