As a Hydraulic Systems Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and maintenance of hydraulic systems, ensuring they operate according to design specifications and are fully integrated with Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation (MEA) systems. Responsibility
- Commission and test hydraulic equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hydraulic systems with MEA components.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic system issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for hydraulic equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all hydraulic operations.
- Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for record-keeping and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hydraulic systems, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with commissioning and integrating hydraulic systems with MEA components.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations related to hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
