Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor equipment performance, conduct regular inspections, and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting risk assessments and safety audits as required.
- Prepare and submit detailed shift reports, including production metrics, incident logs, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, logistics, and management, to optimize workflows and resolve inter-departmental challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, automation systems, and engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with HSE standards, ISO certifications, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
