Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and ventilation fans.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions, mechanical errors, and electrical issues effectively.
- Execute repairs on HVAC components, including compressors, coils, motors, and thermostats.
- Ensure that all cooling equipment is operating at peak efficiency to maintain energy optimization.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools required for daily operations.
- Coordinate with the facilities management team regarding upgrades, replacements, or complex system overhauls.
- Document all maintenance activities, service logs, and repairs in accordance with company safety standards.
- Respond promptly to urgent service requests to minimize downtime in workspace comfort.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma or certification in HVAC Technology, Refrigeration, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems found in commercial cooling equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in varied facility environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative maintenance team.
- Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Cebu City.
