Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of energy-efficient HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Conduct comprehensive energy audits and feasibility studies to identify optimization opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of HVAC solutions.
- Develop and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and ROI analyses to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO).
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in HVAC, IoT, and smart building systems to drive continuous innovation.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices in HVAC efficiency and sustainability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to streamline project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., LEED, CEM) are a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC system design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in energy modeling software (e.g., EnergyPlus, IES VE) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices, green certifications, and local/regional energy regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or with international clients is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Indonesia and the region.
