Responsibility
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations for HVAC and solar energy projects.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend optimal system designs for energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for different HVAC and solar solutions.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers and clients.
- Provide post-quotation support, including clarifications and revisions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC, solar energy systems, or quotation preparation.
- Strong understanding of HVAC components, solar panel systems, and energy efficiency principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quotation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Familiarity with local and international standards for HVAC and solar installations.
