Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in Bali’s commercial and residential sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in HVAC systems.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met with tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support, including follow-ups, troubleshooting, and addressing client concerns.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively position Orindo Pancar Solutions’ offerings.
  • Document sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC, engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with HVAC design tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
