Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC and coolant systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in cooling systems, including leaks, pressure irregularities, and temperature inconsistencies.
- Install, calibrate, and commission new coolant and HVAC equipment in compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor system performance and energy efficiency, recommending upgrades or adjustments to improve operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on system conditions, maintenance activities, and repair recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime for clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and workplace safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians or support staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, coolant system servicing, or industrial refrigeration.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for system diagnostics and repairs.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and electrical components in cooling systems.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment such as pressure gauges, leak detectors, vacuum pumps, and refrigerant recovery machines.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to document work and interact professionally with clients and team members.
