Responsibility
- Oversee daily technical operations, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality control standards across all engineering projects.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, budget, and execute capital improvement projects.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability best practices in all operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within technical operations, maintenance, or engineering.
- Proven expertise in facility management, industrial maintenance, or infrastructure development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other engineering software tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ISO, or other industry-specific compliance standards.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
