Responsibility
- Perform end-to-end installation, commissioning, and testing of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, diagnostic checks, and complex repairs on air conditioning units and small appliances.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional technical guidance and support to clients regarding system usage and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed jobs.
- Manage tools and inventory efficiently to ensure readiness for daily field assignments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, Installer, or in a similar technical maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and field health protocols.
- Professional demeanor with good communication skills for client-facing tasks.
- Vocational diploma or certification in HVAC/R, Electrical Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
