Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the medical centerâs goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to interviews and selection, to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development plans for staff.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize learning and development programs for employees.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for senior management to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
