Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the timely acquisition of top-tier talent for various departments.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Administer company policies and ensure strict adherence to Philippine Labor Code and government compliance.
- Supervise timekeeping, payroll administration, and benefits management to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including annual reviews and employee development programs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee retention and overall staff engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR supervisory or lead role, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Expert knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
