Responsibility
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
- Process and maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HR information systems.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll preparation and health insurance enrollment.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and basic employee relations matters.
- Prepare various HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Staff, HR Assistant, or HR Coordinator role.
- Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices, including Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
