Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with corporate objectives and local regulations.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices, minimizing legal risks and fostering a fair workplace.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and engagement, to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation reviews to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting a positive company culture and fostering open communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as international HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
