Responsibility
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top candidates for various roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
- Conduct HR analytics to track key metrics such as turnover rates, hiring efficiency, and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and performance management.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and internal documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, or generalist HR functions.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
