Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for mall-based roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll in collaboration with the finance and HR teams.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Support workforce planning and succession strategies to meet the mall’s operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in retail, hospitality, or large-scale operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
