Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for mall-based roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll in collaboration with the finance and HR teams.
- Conduct performance management activities, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Support workforce planning and succession strategies to meet the mallās operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in retail, hospitality, or large-scale operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
