Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar HR role, preferably in the financial or corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
