Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to foster continuous learning and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities to boost morale.
- Collaborate with management to forecast future staffing needs and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on employee satisfaction and company growth.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
