Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, technical requirements, and team cultural fit.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and systems access are prepared for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to provide regular reports on hiring velocity, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and special projects as required by the Human Resources department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a financial, corporate, or BPO setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and modern recruitment platforms/ATS software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify process improvements.
