Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable.
