Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital’s goals and values.
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier healthcare professionals.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare industry regulations.
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
