Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Toyotaâs global standards and local business objectives in Bali.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for our growing team.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, fostering a harmonious workplace.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and career development plans to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and Toyotaâs corporate policies, mitigating legal risks and promoting ethical practices.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives, such as team-building activities, diversity programs, and employee recognition schemes.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and propose innovative solutions to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or multinational corporate sector.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices, with experience navigating local regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with a passion for fostering inclusive and collaborative workplaces.
