Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent retention, performance management, and organizational culture.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for roles across Bali.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
- Conduct HR analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs and optimize HR processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are advantageous.
