Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment through effective HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
