Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Handle work pass applications and renewals for expatriate employees in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
- Provide support in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and work pass regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
