Responsibility

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to manpower planning by analyzing staffing needs and assisting in workforce forecasting.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR reports.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Support the HR team in resolving employee relations matters and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as policy reviews or process improvements, under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is advantageous.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
