Responsibility
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general administrative matters.
- Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and internal communications.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Conduct data entry and filing for payroll, attendance, and performance records.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
