Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and provide guidance to managers on performance management.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
