Responsibility
- Manage and organize candidate documentation, including resumes, contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking and feedback.
- Assist in drafting and editing HR communications, such as offer letters and rejection notices.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
- Conduct initial screening of applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Support the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, HR, or recruitment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
- Proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with tropical work environments (Bali-based candidates preferred).
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
